Great little app find there!

Glad to hear you're happy with your SGS!

Played around with a few more Android Apps last night, highlights are Shake2mutecall (shake or bang your phone in your pocket to mute if ringing at a bad time), SpeakName (or something like that! - speaks the name of the person calling - but crashed on my SGS so maybe not the best one to have), and finally TiKL Touch to Talk (my first foray into Push To Talk but a great way of turning your phone into a walkie talkie).

My phone is proving a bit sluggish now but there are loads of lag fixes out there that convince the phone to use its superfast RAM (about 200MB of it) making it lightening quick. Me? I'm waiting for the 2.2 update that should be out in the next 2 weeks from Samsung.

Yeah my phone was running abit slow before as well.
I have just downloaded "Advanced Task Killer" and I have put a widget on my home page. Its really speeded my phone up by killing all the apps that are running at the time. You can also put apps into a "ignore list" so you dont kill the apps you dont want.

RE: android-notifier-desktop
I have been using "Advanced Task Killer" now for a few days but its only giveing my about 70-100m of memory. I have checked the setting and I cant get an more.
So i have found another app called "Memory Booster" I have only used it once and am already about to 200+m of memory.Thumbsup

Blimey, that's some improvement!

I also have Advanced Task Killer and only use it now and then.

My phone gets incredibly laggy now and then. I'm waiting for the official 2.2 update and if that doesn't improve things I'll root it and install a cooked firmware from the xda site.
