RE: TVsource Dvblink
Ohh that is a good find.
I think I will need to upgrade my mobo and cpu before I put in any dvb cards, but it's something I will certainly try later on. Cheers "Do or do not. There is no try." Yoda |

RE: TVsource Dvblink
It's working. Just need to work out the best setup. It seems to ignore the local dvb-t card now.
Just got to work out the epg bit. Keeps me busy! |

RE: TVsource Dvblink
Well I've just bought it as my trial ran out. Got the connected edition so the tuner is in my WHS box and watch TV on my media centre.
I few bugs with EPG but thats it! |

RE: TVsource Dvblink
You'll have to excuse me for coming across like an idiot but is this software saying that with one DVB-S card in my server I can stream up to 4 channels to each Media Center?!? Or is it just one tuner, one channel?
I've just spent 20minutes reading the DVBLink TVSource hompage which is least informative site I have ever seen - what does the software do? How does it integrate? er, what does the software actually do? Screenshots anyone? Anyway, reading the link in the first post and this site here has answered a few questions but the reality of actually using it would be nice. So anyone? BTW, I think it's a great idea and the thought of moving my Hauppauge card to the server to stream to all Media Centers is a big appeal

If I have this setup on my main htpc will the other windows 7 machines on my home group (ie my revo) use the windows 7 guide etc the same as the main htpc or does it have its own gui? |
