PM replies
Hi there - nice site! My feedback would be that it was nice to receive a PM from a friend, but I couldn't reply because I hadn't made two posts. So I am posting now: a) to suggest that this isn't fantastic and b) to create my first post Smile

And this is my second post! Smile

Hmmm, I'd forgotten about that plugin requiring members to post before certain elements of the site can be used! I'll have a look at it and maybe reduce it to one post or even remove it (stops spammers etc!)

EDIT: oh, and welcome to the site! Wave

Thanks for the welcome! Yes it might be nice to remove/reduce it, but it's up to you of course, and I understand spammers can be a big problem. My experience of running a forum is that their spam-scripts tend to create posts rather than PMs but I suppose different spammers have different axes of evil Smile

By the way, my "second post" (i.e. reply to my first) still didn't allow me to PM. I suppose it needs two different posts on two different threads.

Yeah prob a bit too extreme for a lil' ol' forum like this Smile

Lifted the limitation.
