Mac to Mac File sharing over the internet
Hi

Can you file sharing over the Internet between two Mac computers.
Both os are Mac os x snow leopard.
I haven got a clue about Mac computer so I will need a step-by-step guild if possible.

Is it possible to file share over the internet?
Does it cost or is it free?

Any help would be great thanks

Hi

I have just found this Drop Box this might be my answer, and it also syncs files from computer to computer.
You can download free for Windows, Mac, Linux, and Mobile.

Has anybody used it before?

I will give it a go this weekend and will report back. Thumb

Dropbox certainly looks like the answer, and with images like this it on the site it must be exactly what you're after!

RE: Mac to Mac File sharing over the internet
Hi I no not many people are not intrested about mac computers but I have tried Drop Box and it works.

I have put it on three different mac computers and using the same login account they have been all linked up together.

It is really easy to set up and it free if up only want to the 2gb option.

This picture shows you the drop box window

This shows that everything is all sync and all up-to-date

Nah, it's just that PCs tend to be better for custom installs which is the flavour of tech 'round these parts Wink

Thanks for the feedback on Dropbox though!
