Dell Zino HD
Anyone heard anymore about this wee beasty?

Bit more punch than the Atom powered Revo, and is touted as a PC equivalent to the Mac Mini, but it can also be spec'd with a Blu-ray drive and independant ATi Radeon 4330 graphics for about £630 making it an excellent HTPC for the living room.

And this guy has done a bit of DIY maintenance on a dodgy power connector apparently.

RE: Dell Zino HD
Ive been looking at it too, but it seems that there is no option for surround sound. Anyway, it looks good, small and perfect for the living room.

I think this is a better alternative then the Atom based htpcs, cause of the extra power.

Been looking at this as well. Good point about the multichannel audio. I guess if you had an AV amp with HDMI, then it would decode the audio and output the video to the TV. but then that would perhaps also need a certain spec soundcard in it to output true bitstreaming. (and running TMT3 and not PowerDVD Rolleyes )

RE: Dell Zino HD
I bought one and like it.

Fits neatly under the 40" Samsung TV and its linked into the rest of the network nicely using WMCE to stream all my digitally stored DVDs.
