Hello and welcome.
I'm not an expert on media browser, just used it briefly.
First question is why is there no cover art or description? Make sure the files are saved in such a ways as described in elooto's post on media browser making sure no _ are used.
If that fails make sure the film has the exact tittle quality as found here, http://www.themoviedb.org
also try metabrowser, a good tool to fill in the blanks, foundhere

Give that a go, see if it helps at all. As I said, i'm no expert, so you may have to wait for someone else to help.

Glad you like the site Thumb

Naming an image folder.jpg and placing it in the movies folder will force Media Browser to use that image. Interestingly I had no cover art in Media Browser yesterday, but an update to the latest version (2.2.2 ThunderBlade) and a click on the clear cache button in the settings fixed all that.

However folder names have to be exact as per the films name. e.g. Angels and Demons won't work, but the films proper title Angels & Demons does. If you get the wrong film showing up you can also use the year in brackets to help e.g. Hush is a film from the 90's, but Hush (2008) uses the recent version instead.

Hope that helps!

RE: Cover Art In Media Browser
Theres a program called tvixie thats free that designs backdrops and covers, it has an option for media center at 720p and 1080p, The program has some excellent templates and produces some awesome results, I currently use it for my Tvix media player.

I've also got a dvd and blu ray photoshop template with photoshop action files which allow you to create a cover quiet easily. If anyone wants them let me know,

RE: Cover Art In Media Browser
To be honest I never ever had a problem with artwork on My Movies.
It always finds the right film everytime. Loads Front, Back, Description of film, background drops and film and cast info just by putting the film into the computer.
I thought I would take the chance to give it a plugThumbsup Shameless I knowBlush

I really don't understand when people say it's overcomplicated to use, all I ever have to do is put in the film and the program does the rest.
In fact, since I put the My Movies version onto my server I never had to open or do anything for a new film once ripped. My movies automatically monitors the folders you ask it to and just adds it into the cataloge.
So anyways my suggestion is, if you keep getting artwork problems try my movies Wink

Gents, There no need to play around with the file and folder names if using My Movies... The metadata and artwork is all obtained from pointing the collection management at the folder and the excellent database does it automatically.

Indeed, the database management of Media Browser is simplistic, but it can lead to issues for some users. My Movies is far more in-depth and reliable and should be used if Media Browser doesn't quite work for you, although it's still not my prefered choice.
