However my potential file corruption is low due to diligent web browsing and online email access (web-based as opposed to local Outlook based). I ran my Lounge PC for over a year without a virus checker and when I did install one, a scan came up clean. Been reinstalled since though and I've chucked one on there anyway. All comes down to your personal file/web habits and how likely you are to get infected with a rogue file. elootos - mediacenterhouse.com This forum has no strict rules, just those I make up as I go along! |

RE: Anti-virus
There are varieties of Anti virus software available such as AVG, Avast, Kaspersky, Syntax and many others. as per my view Norton is the best anti virus software to prevent the threat of the PC. its secure the data and files of the PC. it is easy to download and update.
