And to prove that there is something of worth here, I’ve bought and installed DVBViewer on my main lounge system this week and hopefully in about 15 minutes time I’ll be able to watch and record Unforgiven on ITV HD.
It’s also just taken me 30 minutes this evening to realise that I needed to install AC3filter to get AC3 audio through DVBViewer despite me having all the PDVD codecs. I’m still learning…
EDIT: Well last night was a bit of a success; I had my new Samsung i900 16Gb (Omnia) phone plugged into my USB port in the lounge syncing my entire music library from Windows Media Player, while also successfully recording ITV HD in DVBViewer in the background and all this while watching Freeview on Media Center. Thumbs up for technology!!
